Pricing Officer:

Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Transportation and Logistics or Business
· 3-6 years of Experience
· Experience in freight forwarding industry is a must
. Candidates shall be in Cyprus

Job Description:

• Liaise with overseas offices & agents on day to day basis for rates & other issues
• Liaise with local shipping line for rate filing.
• To offer the rates to sales colleagues including direct customers inquiries
• Collect feedback from sales colleagues /customers and update to operations department
• Send the notification to operations department upon the confirmation of shipment.
• Liaise with operation department to further follow up on the shipment and update buy/sell rate for accounting purpose
• To deal with local and overseas agents / shipping lines / carriers .
• Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities and update it to overseas offices.
• Prepare market report to the management on monthly, quarterly, & yearly basis
• Explore more business opportunities for other trade lanes
• Works closely with Sales Department and compile pricing
• Generate more sales leads and business
• Maintain files for records
  •Performs other duties as assigned
