1. Oversee the company’s social media accounts management:

  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
  • Keep the social media gallery channels up to date with the latest news, images, and info throughout campaigns.
  • Create e-mails, digital links, landing and splash pages to assist in direct marketing efforts.
  • Communicate the progress, achievements, and success stories of the units through social media platforms and the organization’s website.
  • Implement marketing and communication campaigns through social media and websites for mission activities and events.
  • Handle all marketing and communication requests/needs for the designated accounts to be handled.
  • Allocate around 50% of the time on Employment Program needs and requests and the remaining time to be allocated to other accounts.

2. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers:

  • Respond to comments and customer queries on time.
  • Report online reviews and feedback from customers and social media followers to the direct supervisor.
  • Develop post-campaign reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the communication.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with different arcenciel programs/centers/departments volunteers.

3. Build and enhance public relations and networks:

  • Build and maintain a robust network with influencers, bloggers, and journal writers, and foster their engagement and cooperation with the organization.
  • Participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Research the category and monitor the competition to set the appropriate plans
  • Cover the occurring events, seminars, and workshops over time or on weekends.

3. Develop Marketing and Communication departmental activities:

  • Write marketing communications material.
  • Plan content and write copy for publications such as product brochures, sales leaflets, corporate brochures, annual reports for shareholders, newsletters, and customer magazines.

5. Liaise with different departments:

Coordinate with account management and videographer for better outcomes.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday; From 09:00 AM till 05:00 PM.

Contract Type: 1 year (Renewable based on performance and funding).

Education Degree Details:

The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, etc.
