Job Summary
-Organize the production team to cover the entire shifts and line.
-Follow and achieve the production plan objective.
-Improve the AI and decrease the losses throughout the line.
-Ensure the good implementation of the NCE system.

Main Responsibilities:
-Cooperation with the maintenance team: Cooperate with the maintenance team for the preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns and follow up of machine`s maintenance program.
– Achieve the production objectives: Working to achieve the production objectives by taking into consideration the losses targets and asset intensity.
– Implementation of the production training master plan.
– Work and cooperate for the NCE implementation: (Operational reviews – Problem solving …)
-Production Plan: Coordinate with the IP manager to establish the production plan and work for the execution.

Academic Experience:
– Engineering, technical background.

Operational Experience:
– >5 years experience in manufacturing
– Leading a team of thirty people at least

Business Experience:

– Management exposure across several functions.
– Different factory and/or market positions, environments (GMB, Centre,
Region, Market, Expatriation, Mission, Special Projects).
– Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional
Teams.

Other Personal Qualities:

-Leadership and people development skills.
– English language and preferably local language written and spoken.
– Able to work under pressure and yet stay calm in times of crises.
