Operations Officer (Night Shift)

Position: Operations Officer
Location: Beirut
Work Time: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our company as an Operations Officer. If you have excellent communication skills, possess a social and business mindset, and are proficient in basic computer skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:
1. Managing space bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth operations
2. Handling subscribers’ renewals and providing excellent customer service
3. Performing minor cleaning tasks, with the ability to outsource when necessary
4. Demonstrating basic social media skills to promote our services
5. Coordinating basic catering activities for events and meetings
6. Reporting directly to top management on operational activities
7. Writing professional and effective emails
8. Formulating quotations for clients
9. Adding events to Google Calendar
10. Following up with logistics suppliers

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills and a social/business mindset
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in MS Excel, Google Drive, and Google Calendar
• Basic procurement skills
