Patchi is recruiting Sales associate for our Boutique in beirut #recruitment #sales #patchi

Responsible for:
To greet, recommend, help, and satisfy each customer’s wants and need, display and arranges products, achieve sales, coordinate with Branch manager for ordering products and managing the stock level.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a sale
• Ability to handle Customer Complaint.
• Good Communication Skills
• Presentable

Main responsibilities:
• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance; maintains good customer relationship.
• Presents, promotes, and sells Pachi’s products.
• Displays and arranges products to promote sales.
• Keeps informed about current sales prices.
• Assists in the replenishment process within the shop by following the FIFO process.
• Coordinates all processes, policies, and procedures with Branch Manager.
• Prepares chocolate arrangements.
• Coordinates with Branch Manager for ordering products when necessary without making over stock.
• Coordinates with Branch Manager in managing the stock level.
• Coordinate with the shop Manager in monitoring the products quality displayed in the shop.
• Prepare chocolate arrangements and packages for all kind of gifts.
• Ability to replace Branch Manager during his/her absent in certain tasks.
• Maintains company’s image & standards.

Position Requirements:

1. Work Hours
Working hours consist of a minimum of 8 hours a day, AM and PM shifts.

2. Day of Rest

One day per week, to be coordinated with the branch manager and to be determined by the schedule.

3. Grooming

Service staff uniform, as indicated in the set policy.

4. Training:
Training and development department will support you with all needed on-job and off-job trainings.
