Office Manager: Accountant and Administrative Assistant

Company Description

Advanced  Solutions , Small to Medium scale company, is a Supplier and Contractor  of Electrical and Security Systems in Fanar, Metn – Lebanon.

Job Type:

Full-Time Position – Female

Monday to Friday: from 8am to 5pm

Saturday: from 8am to 12pm (Negotiable)

Salary Budget from 600$ to 750$ (based on performance).

Role Description

Office Manager (Accountant and Administrative Assistant)

Will be responsible for:

Managing  financial transactions (Invoicing, Purchasing, Payments, Collection),  preparing financial reports and statements, monitoring accounts payable  and receivable, managing expenses per projects.

Inventory control, Preparation of sales orders, Stock Count periodically

Handling  office administration tasks such as Dispatching orders with delivery  companies, filing, data entry, and answering phones.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting is a must.

Proficiency in accounting software/ERP.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
