Job Summary:

As a Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating the sales process. Your primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the properties or services offered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Initiate contact with potential clients and establish rapport to understand their real estate needs.
• Conduct preliminary discussions to gather information and qualify leads.
• Arrange and conduct property tours, presentations, and meetings to showcase available properties and services.

• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Provide expert advice and information about the real estate market and trends.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to keep clients engaged and informed.

• Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
• Provide regular updates on pre-sales activities and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 of experience in sales with proven track record.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet targets.
