Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for physically deploying,monitoring and configuring our cybersecurity solutions at client sites in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, be proficient in setting up these solutions professionally, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Deployment: Physically install, configure, and deploy SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions at client locations in Lebanon, Beirut.

2. Customization: Tailor the cybersecurity solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client, including custom rules, alerts, and configurations.

3. Integration: Seamlessly integrate our cybersecurity solutions with the clients’ existing IT infrastructure, including network devices and security appliances.

4. Safety and Security: Ensure that all installations are carried out safely and securely, following best practices and compliance standards.

5. Client Support: Provide initial training and support to clients’ IT staff to ensure they can effectively operate and maintain the solutions.

6. Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the setup process, configurations, and best practices for reference and knowledge sharing.

7. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize client downtime and disruption.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in physically deploying and configuring SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions.
– Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threat landscape, and best practices.
– Proficiency in working with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
– Familiarity with scripting and automation for system administration tasks.
– Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and security appliances.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

Compensation:

– The compensation structure for this role can be project-based or monthly salary, depending on the candidate’s preference and agreement with the company.
