Title: Commercial Assistant
Overview: Nitrotech S.A.L. is seeking a qualified Commercial Assistant to join our team at our Hazmieh, Mount Lebanon location. The Commercial Assistant role is pivotal within our organization, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of our commercial activities. This individual will work closely with the sales team, contributing to the execution of sales strategies, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating smooth communication within the department and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist in the implementation of sales strategies by providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and current information on clients, sales activities, and relevant documentation.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to streamline processes and support the overall sales objectives.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support the sales team in identifying potential leads and market strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of prior experience in an administrative or assistant role within a commercial or sales environment.
Proven experience in handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
